Delete your data
Kaleido has no accounts. It keeps two kinds of data: your game save on your device, and analytics sent to Google Firebase under a random app instance ID (see the Privacy Policy).
In the game
- Open Kaleido and tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings.
- Tap Delete my data, then Delete.
This deletes your progress, coins, hammers and settings on the device, and resets your analytics ID so new analytics can't be linked to the old ones. A starter pack you bought is restored from Google Play the next time you open the game. Uninstalling the game also deletes everything on the device.
Analytics already sent
On the same screen, note your Analytics ID or tap Email request, which writes the email for you. Or email leongpt1211@gmail.com with the subject "Kaleido data deletion" and your Analytics ID. We delete the analytics data for that ID within 30 days and reply when it's done. Without the ID we can't tell which data is yours.
What is deleted: game events and device information linked to that ID. What is kept: nothing linked to you. Totals that can't identify anyone (such as how many players finished level 10) may stay in reports. Analytics data you don't ask us to delete is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Purchase records are kept by Google Play, not by us; see Google Play Help.
